We are excited to celebrate our students with a special 1st Quarter Movie Day on Friday, October 9! Students will enjoy popcorn and watch Matilda together in the cafeteria. Oct. 9th Schedule
Students may bring a drink with a lid, candy or another small movie snack, a blanket, and a pillow from home. Popcorn will be provided!
This is our first quarterly celebration! Each quarter, students will have the opportunity to earn a special celebration through positive behavior tracked in Apptegy. Expectations for earning our 2nd Quarter celebration will be sent home on October 12. Oct. 9th Schedule

Today is the 1st Day of Fall!
We are already halfway through 1st Quarter, this year is going fast!
Good morning! IWUES staff and students joined together around our flagpole this am on the 25th "anniversary" of Sept 11th that we now call Patriot Day. We remember all those that lost their lives, Americans...police officers, firefighters, EMT, soldiers, office workers, husbands, wives, friends and neighbors. We also remember how we ALL came together here in America and even abroad during that extremely difficult time. Please take a moment of silence today to remember and give thanks to those that protect us.
Friday Sept. 11th is Patriot Day. Please be sure to wear red, white, and blue to school to honor those brave people of the 9/11 attacks.

What an incredible first day! All of the students did a fantastic job settling into their classroom, learning new routines, and filling the rooms with smiles and enthusiasm. They worked hard, so expect some very tired children this evening! Thank you for all your support in making day one such a success— We are so excited for the wonderful school year ahead!

Parents are now able to pay registration fees online for the 2026-27 school year. If you have not filled out the online registration forms please do so as soon as possible. You can pay online registration fees by logging into your Skyward account, clicking on the fee payment tile on the dashboard, and clicking the words “Click here to Pay Online” in the upper right-hand corner. This will automatically take you to the web site, E-Funds for Schools. You will then follow the instructions on the screen. If you have any questions regarding paying online or registration forms, please contact your building's secretary.
